I photographed a House of Hope Northeast Indiana event this past fall. They hosted the Bluffton Free Street Fair’s “Opening Night Grand Parade” for Street Fair coordinators, judges, and grand marshals. Didn’t the volunteers do an awesome job with decorations?! View additional photos HERE.
